10 Most Googled Promotional Products of 2017
We were able to track down the Top 10 Promotional Product searches of 2017. Google published their “Trends” of 2017 which lists search popularity based on year over year increases in searches. But we were able to track down the list of Most Searched Promo Products of 2017.
Here’s what we learned from this year’s most popular promotional products list.
1) We’re a conventional bunch. The most popular products have sustained for a few years now.
2) Customization didn’t figure into searches. Most likely because people expect customization these days.
3) There’s just something about pens. We can’t shake them. In fact, if anything, we’re seeing more and more ordered.
4) Niche promotional products and apparel didn’t make the list. We are looking at quantity of searches. If we had created the list from requests from Think it Then ink it, the number one item would have been “unique promotional product that works”.
5) We didn’t include any apparel in the list. We’ll get to that at another time – the spoilers suggest that a t-shirt will make an appearance.

So there you have it. A few ideas for 2018. We’ll be posting some more creative ideas to search for in 2018 in the coming weeks. One thing to keep in mind related to these common Google searches – we often come across clients looking for a unique product. Their searches don’t appear here because their aren’t building enough volume from just a few searches for that term.
